This was my first home buying experience, & I was nervous- Jacob made it painless and even fun despite the current market! He has a ton of local knowledge and experience and I couldn't recommend him more. Jacob is honest and doesn't lead you astray. He was always prompt with any emails or inquiries. He was and still has made himself available for any questions I had and I'm extremely appreciative of that.
